Refund policy

When you are refunded

If the landlord cancels, the signing deadline passes without a lease, or the tenancy otherwise does not go ahead, your deposit is refunded automatically.

No fee on refunds

The service fee applies only when a deposit is successfully released for a completed deal. We do not charge the tenant a fee on a refunded deposit.

Disputed deposits

Where a release is disputed, funds remain safely in escrow while our evidence-based resolution process runs. No funds are released or refunded until the dispute is resolved.
